Well, here we have it, folks. This blog post is the last in the series and I want to end by saying, “What a blast!”
Now, we all know of the physical, emotional, social, and often, spiritual benefits that movement has on the body, but writing this blog has opened my eyes to a new outcome that I hadn’t even considered before.
