Body Element

Weather is interchangeable in its nature. It’s a form of nourishment and it tells us parts of our story. The elements can impact our mood and change our mental and psychological state. How is the “weather” and the “climate” embodied and what have we “acclimatise” to? The programme pays particular attention to sound and the internal frequencies in our bodies.
