2022

This year, Body Remedy presents regular and one-off workshops by local teachers and practitioners. The classes are an opportunity to try something new, evolve current or develop new skills and meet new people. We hope by attending these classes, it opens up independent learning for your own journey. Some teachers provide classes throughout the year, so be sure to check them out.
