The term "People of Colour" includes individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, such as Black (African, Caribbean, Afro-diasporic), Asian (East, South, Southeast, and West Asian), Latinx(Latin American), Indigenous (Native American, First Nations, Aboriginal, Māori).
We recognise that not everyone is familiar with this terms due to different cultural backgrounds. This is the term we use to best describe who the sessions are for.
