Sessions

Free | Open Level | Ages 18+ 

Currently classes run in blocks, usually of 6. Some blocks are delivered by a selection of teacher and others are currently run by Mele Broomes. You can come to as many or little classes. Attended as many session as possible is recommend. 

 

 Remember to work within you own capacity and embrace the challenges and enjoy the process. Feel free to experiment with positions to find out what works for you. You know your body best.

An hour of flowing through a combination of stretches and strengthening exercising. Taken influence from yoga, body conditioning and dance. This class uses repetition and held position to increase endurance, strength and flexibility. The class will be moving through passive and dynamic exercises and finishing off with a resting relaxation position. 

 

Attending as many sessions supports growth and development. Looking forward to see you there.
